Information We Collect
We collect account details such as your email address, authentication identifiers, subscription status, credit balance, and enhancement history. When you upload an image, we store the original file, generated outputs, job metadata, and processing status so the enhancer and dashboard can work.
How We Use Information
We use your information to authenticate your account, process images, deliver downloads, manage credits, handle subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve the service.
Analytics
We collect basic first-party page view events such as page path, referrer, user agent, timestamp, and logged-in user ID when available. We use this to understand product usage and diagnose issues without adding third-party analytics scripts.
Image Storage and Retention
Guest files are stored temporarily and are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Logged-in user files are kept so dashboard history and downloads remain available unless you ask us to remove them or we announce a different retention policy.
Third-Party Services
clearpixelfix uses Supabase for authentication and database storage, AWS S3 for image storage, Stripe for subscription payments, and an image enhancement API for processing jobs. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by clearpixelfix.
Security
We use private storage, signed URLs, webhook secrets, and access controls to protect user data. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we design the system to limit access to the data needed for each workflow.
Your Choices
You can choose not to create an account, stop using the service, or contact support to request deletion of account or image history. Subscription changes and cancellations are handled through Stripe billing flows.
